We are the manufacturer of Large OD high performance connectors and casing pipes, Wireline winches, Gas lift equipments and downhole tools in the world. The production facilities are specially adapted to manufacture standard precision equipments and special tools to international standards as per customer’s particular specifications. Wireline winches, Gas lift equipments and downhole tools are manufactured as per highest quality industry standards & Large OD high performance connectors and casing pipes are manufactured under the License of PMM. Our Plants
All raw materials are procured from reputed suppliers as per ISO specifications. The manufacturing activities are undertaken b y highly skilled crew under strict control of well-qualified, experienced engineers and managerial personnel of high professional dedication and competence. Machining Capabilities
We have machine shop with high precision CNC and special purpose lathes, VTLs, Milling machines, drilling machines including fabrication shop.
We have capability to machine components up to 36 inches in diameter while maintaining tight tolerances on CNC Vertical & horizontal turning lathes. We have expertise to maintain. accuracy of 1/1000 of an inch while machining with
specialized CNC Machines.
Quality Assurance Capabilities
Quality assurance department to provide inspections and testings like Visual inspection, Dimensional inspection, Fitment test, Hardness test and non destructive testings such as dye penetrant test, ultrasonic test and magnetic particle test.
Non destructive testings are carried out by NDT Level II & III personnel. We also have testing facilities which includes Connector Tensile testing, Internal & External Pressure test, drift test etc.
